Vendor Or Participant Notification

When the Department determines any actions under Sections 310 through 350 of these rules are appropriate, it will send written notice of the decision to the vendor or participant. The notice will state the basis for the action, the lengt h of the action, the effect of the action on the participant or the vendor’s ability to provide services under state an d federal programs, and appeal rights.
