Emergency Powers Of The Director

In the event of an emergency endangering the life or safety of a participant receiving services from an agency, the Director may summarily suspend or revoke any residential habilitation certificate. As soon thereafter as practicable , the Director must provide an opportunity for a hearing. (3-17-22)
