Notification Method Used. (4-6-23) 04. Staff Members on Duty and Participating. (4-6-23) 05. Number of Occupants Evacuated. (4-6-23) 06. Problems Encountered. (4-6-23) 07. Weather Conditions During Evacuation. (4-6-23) 08. Time Required to Complete Evacuation. (4-6-23)
