Hard To Place Children

The Department disseminates information to prospective adoptive families and families who wish to be appointe d legal guardians of a child in the state’s custody, as to the availability of hard-to-place children, adoption an d guardianship procedures, and the existence of financial aid to adoptive families and guardians of hard-to-plac e children, in compliance with Section 56-804, Idaho Code.
