Records Of The Certified Adoption Professional

Records of the home studies, court reports, and supervisory reports provided by the certified adoption professional must be made available to the Division of Family and Community Services designee two (2) weeks prior to the required court filing date. The designee will be responsible for monitoring of quality of the services provided. (7-1-25)
