Administrative Review For Guardianship Assistance

The prospective legal guardian has twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the department’s notification of the guardianship assistance determination, to request an administrative review. The determination will be reviewed by the FACS Division Administrator, and a decision will be rendered to either affirm, reverse, or modify, the decision. The department will notify the individual, by mail, of the FACS Division Administrator’s decision, of their right to appeal, and procedures for filing an appeal. (7-1-25) 928. -- 999. (RESERVED)
