Swine Brucellosis Eradication Area

The Director is authorized to declare the entire state, a portion of the state, entire county or part of a county a swin e brucellosis eradication area, pursuant to Section 25-604, Idaho Code, in order to contain an outbreak of brucellosi s and prevent spread of brucellosis to herds in other counties and areas of the state.
