Qualification Of Plan

In order to qualify under Title 41, Chapter 41, Idaho Code, the plan's trust needs to be established by agreemen t between the public agency employers or joint powers entity and the trustee of the trust, for the sole purpose o f providing health care benefits to employees of the public agency employer or employers.
