Scope

This chapter is intended to promote broader spreading of risk in the individual marketplace. Title 41, Chapter 52 and this chapter regulate all health benefit plans sold to eligible individuals. Carriers that provide health benefit plans to eligible individuals are subject to the Act and this chapter. (7-1-26)
