Hearing Notice

01. Scheduling. A hearing will be held after the Director has received and reviewed the application. (4-6-23) 02. Evidence Presented at Hearing. The applicant will provide evidence that the application is complete, complies with Idaho law, and the requirements for reorganization have been fulfilled. (4-6-23) 03. Notice of Hearing. The Department will notify known interested parties about the hearing at least twenty (20) days before it occurs. (4-6-23)
