Unauthorized Discharges

Unauthorized discharges of manure or process wastewater from CLTWF or land application sites owned or controlled by a CLTWF are prohibited. CLTWF operators shall notify the Director within twenty-four (24) hours of learning of a discharge. (7-1-24) 201. -- 299. (RESERVED)
