01. Application for License. Applicants will submit a complete, application to the Division for each of the following licenses: (7-1-25) a. Combatant; (7-1-25) b. Promoter; (7-1-25) c. Matchmaker; (7-1-25) d. Manager; (7-1-25) e. Second, including a trainer; (7-1-25) f. Ring Official; or (7-1-25) g. Sanctioning permit for an event. (7-1-25)
