Financial Conflicts Of Interest

01. Sureties. A combatant may not have a promoter or any of its members, stockholders, officials, matchmakers or assistant matchmakers act directly or indirectly as manager, or hold any financial interest in the management of the combatant’s earnings. A promoter licensed by the Commission will not, directly or indirectly, make any loan or advance to any combatant or manager, unless the promoter has the express written permission of the Commission for that action.
