Approved Buying Stations

No livestock dealer shall operate a buying station prior to submitting an application and receiving approval from the Administrator. Applications shall be submitted to ISDA on a department-approved form. All cattle entering the buying station shall be shipped to an approved slaughter establishment within seven (7) days of arrival at the buying station. (7-1-26) 301. (RESERVED)
