Premises Requirements

An approved buying station shall meet the following requirements: (3-15-22) 01. Restraint System. (7-1-26) 02. Feed and Water. Provide access to a clean source of water sufficient for the number of animals present, and an adequate quality and quantity of feed for all cattle that are on the premises for over twelve (12) hours. (3-15-22) 03. Fences. Construct and maintain fences sufficient to prevent the escape of livestock from the premises, as determined by the Administrator. (7-1-26) 341. -- 349. (RESERVED)
