The Board may refuse to issue or renew a license or otherwise discipline a license holder for any of the following: (4-6-23) 01. Harass. Harassment of the public in their use of Idaho’s outdoor recreational opportunities. (4-6-23) 02. Endanger. Operating in a manner which endangers the health, safety, or welfare of the public.
