Manufactured/Mobile Home License Fees

01. Fees for Issuance and Renewal of License. The following fees for the issuance and renewal of a license will be charged: (7-1-24) a. Manufactured/mobile home retailer license: four hundred forty dollars ($440). Retailers who are also installers will have to pay an installer's license fee to hold both licenses. (7-1-24) b. Manufacturer license: four hundred forty dollars ($440); (7-1-24) c. Manufactured/mobile home installer license: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); (7-1-24) 02. Performance Bonding Requirements.
