Administrative Appeals (Rule 3)

There are no provisions for administrative appeals within the Commission under these rules, except that under Rules 253 and 265 a presiding officer may, in the presiding officer’s discretion refer a ruling on evidence or a motion to the full Commission. (3-31-22)
