Definitions (Rule 5)

Terms of art in these rules are defined within the rules themselves. Other terms are defined in Chapter 1, Title 61, Idaho Code, and Section 62-603, Idaho Code. (3-31-22) 006. -- 009. (RESERVED) 010. THESE RULES SUPERSEDE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S RULES OF PROCEDURE (RULE 10). These rules are affirmatively promulgated to supersede the Idaho Rules of Administrative Procedure of the Attorney General, IDAPA 04.11.01.000 et seq. The Attorney General’s Idaho Rules of Administrative Procedure do not apply to Commission proceedings. (3-31-22)
