Form Of Tariffs (Rule 131)

Utility tariff schedules must state “Idaho Public Utilities Commission” on their title page. A blank space about three by one and one-half inches (3” x 1-1/2”) must be provided for the Commission’s stamp of approval in the upper right or lower right corner of each schedule. (3-31-22)
