Notice Of Prehearing Conferences (Rule 212)

Notice of a prehearing conference’s place, date and hour will be served at least fourteen (14) days before the time set for the conference, unless the Commission finds by order that the public necessity requires the conference to be held earlier. Prehearing conference notice must contain the same information as hearing notices with regard to the Americans with Disabilities Act. See Rule 242. (3-31-22)
