Prehearing Conference Order (Rule 214)

The Commission may issue a prehearing order or notice based upon the results of the agreements reached at a prehearing conference. The order or notice will bind all persons who could have participated in the prehearing conference, but did not, and all those who later file untimely interventions. A prehearing order will control the course of subsequent proceedings unless modified by the Commission for good cause. (3-31-22)
