Rights To Discovery Reciprocal (Rule 223)

All parties to a proceeding and the Commission Staff have a right of discovery of all other parties to the proceeding and the Commission Staff according to these rules. The Commission may by order direct further discovery not provided by these rules. (3-31-22)
