Consolidation Of Proceedings (Rule 247)

The Commission may consolidate two (2) or more proceedings for hearing when it finds that they present related issues and that the parties’ rights will not be prejudiced. In consolidated hearings the presiding officer determines the order of the proceeding. (3-31-22)
