The Commission may set and hear oral argument on any matter before it on reasonable notice. (3-31-22) 255. BRIEFS -- PROPOSED ORDERS OF THE PARTIES -- STATEMENTS OF POSITION -- PROPOSED ORDER OF THE COMMISSION (RULE 255). In any proceeding, any party may move to file briefs, memoranda, proposed orders of the parties or statements of position, and the Commission or presiding officer may request briefs, proposed orders of the parties, or statements of position. The Commission or presiding officer may issue a proposed order and ask the parties for comment upon the proposed order. (3-31-22)
