Joint Hearings (Rule 257)

When the Commission participates jointly with a federal regulatory agency, the rules of practice and procedure of the federal agency govern. When the Commission participates jointly with an administrative body of another state or other states, the rules of the state where the hearing is held govern unless otherwise agreed upon by the participating agencies. Any person entitled to appear in a representative capacity for any of the agencies involved in a joint hearing may do so in such joint hearing. (3-31-22)
