Sealed Transcripts (Rule 287)

At the direction of the Commission or the presiding officer, the reporter shall prepare a separate transcript volume(s) of closed proceedings involving trade secrets, confidential information or other matters exempt from public disclosure. The reporter shall file the separate transcript volume(s) under seal.
