Notice Of Appeal (Rule 342)

The notice of appeal must be filed with the Commission Secretary as provided in the Idaho Appellate Rules. A notice of appeal is not considered filed for any purpose when it is mailed, but is only considered filed when it is received by the Commission Secretary. (3-31-22)
