Measuring and testing for stray voltage under these rules for consideration by the Commission shall be performed by a qualified testing professional as such: (4-6-23) 01. Professional Engineer. A professional engineer, licensed in any state, who has completed no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours of Commission-approved stray voltage training and who has been involved in no fewer than five (5) prior investigations involving the measurement or testing of stray voltage. (4-6-23) 02. Master Electrician. A master electrician, licensed in any state, who has completed no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours of Commission-approved stray voltage training and who has been involved in no fewer than five (5) prior investigations involving the measurement or testing of stray voltage. (4-6-23) 03. Technician.
