The following do not make a name distinguishable on the record: (3-31-22) 01. Abbreviations. The abbreviation of a word or Special Character is considered the equivalent of the complete word or Special Character. EXAMPLE: DOE BROTHERS, LLC is not distinguishable from DOE BROS., LLC.
