Corporate Reservation Renewal Terms

A corporate name reservation may be renewed at or after the expiration of any four (4) month reservation period by filing a new name reservation in writing, along with the required fee; provided that at the end of any such reservation period there is not on file in the office of the Secretary of State a competing name reservation which is to take effect at the expiration of the existing reservation.
