01. Duties and Responsibilities. The duties and responsibilities of the filing officer with respect to the administration of the UCC are ministerial. (3-25-22) 02. What the Filing Officer Does Not Do. In accepting for filing or refusing to file a UCC document pursuant to these rules, the filing officer does not: (3-25-22) a.
