These rules apply to nutrient management on the following operations: (7-1-24) 01. Dairies. All Manufactured Grade and Grade A dairies located in Idaho licensed to sell milk for human consumption, pursuant to Title 37, Chapter 6, Idaho Code. (7-1-24) 02.
