Section 49-439, Idaho Code Registrants are obligated to keep records, by individual vehicle per registered fleet, verifying the accuracy of any IRP IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 35.01.05 State Tax Commission Idaho Motor Fuels Tax Administrative Rules Section 422 Page 17 application submitted to the Idaho Transportation Department for each application reporting period of July 1st through June 30th. Registrants are held to the standards established by Section 420 of these rules for all IRP registered vehicles. (7-1-25)
