Service Of Documents

01. Service. A notice, motion, brief, or other document submitted to the Board will be served upon all other parties’ representatives of record. Service by regular mail is adequate service. A Board notice, order, or final decision is served upon a party’s representative of record. The Board may direct documents be served on persons who are not parties. (7-1-24) 02. Proof of Service. Every document filed with the Board must be accompanied by a certificate of service. An example of the certificate can be found on the Board’s website. (7-1-24)
