Flat Fees

01. Domestic and Stock Water. A flat fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) is required for each claim for domestic use or stock watering use meeting the definition of domestic use or stock watering use in Section 010. Filing fees for claims for stock water use only are assessed for the first four (4) claims filed by a claimant. (7-1-25) 02. Other Claims.
