Request For Refund Of Registration Fees

01. Refund Granted. A refund may be granted only if: (3-31-22) a. The applicant can show the motor vehicle was registered in error by the Department or County; and (3-31-22) b. All plates, stickers and registration certificates are returned to the Department or County. (3-31-22) 02. Mailing and Handling Fees.
