01. Previous Owner Responsibility. The owner of an aircraft registered by the Division under Section 21-114, Idaho Code, who transfers or assigns his title or interest in such aircraft, will: (7-1-24) a. Within 15 days, provide a copy of the FAA bill of sale; and (7-1-24) b. Furnish the Division with the name, address, phone number, and email address (if available) of the person to whom such transfer or assignment was made; and (7-1-24) c. Remove or obliterate the decal so as to indicate its cancellation prior to delivery of the aircraft to the transferee or assignee; and (7-1-24) d. Request the Division to cancel the registration. (7-1-24) 02. New Owner Responsibility. The new owner, if a resident of Idaho, a non-resident qualifying under Section 100 of this rule, or a non-resident who flies in this state for ninety (90) days or more within a registration year will register the aircraft with the Division.
