Operational Agreement

01. Negotiation and Approval. Subsequent to Board approval of the application, the Division will IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 39.04.01 Idaho Transportation Department Rules Governing Aeronautics & Aviation Section 302 Page 8 negotiate an operational agreement with the applicant. The terms of the agreement will be approved by the Board prior to ratification of the agreement by any agent of the state. (7-1-24) 02. Information Needed.
