Definitions

The definitions found in section 710 apply in the interpretation and enforcement of Subchapter F only: (4-6-23) 01. Field. A parcel of land submitted to the department for inspection of the mint being grown thereon, and physically separated by a minimum of five (5) feet of bare ground, or irrigation ditch, or road, or other physically discernible barrier separating it from an adjacent parcel of land planted with mint.
