Averaging Period

For purposes of Sections 675 through 680, emissions are averaged according to the following, whichever is the lesser period of time: (3-28-23) 01. One Cycle. One (1) complete cycle of operation; or (3-28-23) 02. One Hour. One (1) hour of operation representing worst-case conditions for the emission of particulate matter. (3-28-23)
