Applicability

These rules apply to all solid waste unless excluded by Subsection 001.03 and to all solid waste management sites in Idaho unless excluded by Subsection 001.02. Compliance with these rules does not relieve owners and operators from the obligation to comply with other applicable state or federal laws, including but not limited to the IDAPA 58.01.02, “Water Quality Standards,” IDAPA 58.01.11, “Groundwater Quality Rule,” and IDAPA 58.01.01, “Rules for the Control of Air Pollution in Idaho.” (7-1-26) 01. Solid Waste Facility Other Than Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (MSWLF) Applicability. Sections 000 through 032 apply to all solid waste facilities other than MSWLF, as specified therein.
