Applicability

01. Permit. No person may construct, operate, or expand a regulated facility without first obtaining a permit issued by the Director as provided in these rules. (3-24-22) 02. Common Control. Two (2) or more facilities under common control of the same person may be considered, for purposes of permitting, a single facility, even though separately their capacity is less than two thousand (2,000) animal units each, if they use a common animal waste management system or land application site.
