Termination, Withdrawal, Or Removal From Subdivision Pool

Any state agency, political subdivision or government entity failing to meet the requirements of participation provided by Section 576 shall be terminated from participation in the Subdivision Pool. Any state agency, political subdivision or government entity failing to meet the funding requirements provided by Section 578 shall be terminated from participation in the Subdivision Pool, provided however, a state agency, political subdivision or government entity may submit a detailed explanation for its failure to meet the funding requirements as required in Section 578 and subject to PERSI approval. State agencies, political subdivisions or government entities that have withdrawn or have been terminated shall not be allowed to rejoin. (7-1-24) 580. -- 600. (RESERVED)
