Intervening Retirement

When a member is included in the active member pool but retires prior to the transfer of allocations, the member’s allocation will be made as a one-time payment directly to the member rather than a transfer to an individual account. Such allocations will not be limited by Section 705 but will be subject to the limitations of Section 729. (7-1-24)
