Intervening Reemployment

When a retiree is included in the retiree allocation but becomes reemployed as defined in Section 59-1356, Idaho Code, prior to the date of distribution, the retiree allocation shall be made in the form of an active member allocation, and shall be subject to active member limitations. (7-1-24)
