Definitions

In addition to the definitions found in Idaho Code Sections 22-501 and 22-2005, Idaho Code, the definitions found in section 210 apply to the interpretation and enforcement of Subchapter B. (7-1-24) 01. Cull Potatoes. Potatoes not usable for planting or consumption. (7-1-24) 02. Grower. Any person who plants and cultivates more than fifteen one-hundredths (.15) acres of potatoes within a Seed Potato Crop Management Area. (7-1-24) 03. Volunteer Potatoes.
