PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 26-31-106. FUNDS COLLECTED UNDER THIS CHAPTER. Except as provided in section 26-31-110 of this chapter pertaining to the mortgage recovery fund, the director shall deposit all funds collected by the department under this chapter into the finance administrative account pursuant to section 67-2702, Idaho Code.
