PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 26-31-111. statute of limitations. The filing of a verified claim with the court pursuant to section 26-31-112, Idaho Code, that is the basis of a claim against the mortgage recovery fund may not be instituted more than one (1) year after termination of all court proceedings concerning such judgment, including appeals.
