This includes, but is not limited to, all applicable forms, disclosure notices, or other items required by law to be filed with the Department. Regulated entities are also reminded of their responsibility to ensure that all contracted third parties conducting business on behalf of the Regulated Entity are also required to make necessary updates to their respective forms, notices, and other public facing material to avoid consumer confusion and avoidable delays. The required updates may also include maintenance to the Regulated Entity and any contracted third-parties internet website(s) where information regarding the Department’s office addresses may reside. The Department encourages and will accept form filings and other documents that are bound by regulation to include the Department’s new Chicago office addresses in SERFF while the Department undertakes necessary changes to applicable statutes and administrative code referencing the Department’s former Chicago address.
